FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

Functional training is a classification of exercise which involves training the body for the activities performed in daily life.

MUSCLE STRENGTHENING

Strength training, also known as weight training or resistance training, involves the performance of physical exercises that are designed to improve strength and endurance.

PILATES

Pilates uses a combination of around 50 repetitive exercises to spur muscle exertion. Each exercise flows from the “five essentials”: breath, cervical alignment, rib and scapular stabilization, pelvic mobility, and utilization of the transversus abdominis.

GLUTES & ABS

The gluteal muscles, often called glutes, are a group of three muscles which make up the gluteal region commonly known as the buttocks: the gluteus maximus, gluteus medius and gluteus minimus.
